UserStyles are not something I want to use in this project, but I am using them in mock-ups. Here you can see the work I have done so far on FXOpera and Speed Dial.

I edited your style a little, to “hide” empty dials, adding a bit of a shadow on hover, some extra padding in the page and fixing the issue with background images and tab groups.
